2nd round: Free program chosen by the candidates max 20 minutes
 
Young Clarinet Section (under 18 years)
One round :
  1. E. CAVALLINI Studio n. 25 in B flat maggiore from "30 Capricci" Ricordi edition
  2. Free piece chosen by the candidate for clarinet and piano.
Simplified pieces are not accepted
 
Solo Clarinet Section
Two rounds:
1st round :
  1. K. M. von WEBER Concertino op. 26
2nd round :
  1. compulsory piece :
    • C. DEBUSSY Premiere Rapsodie
  2. a chosen piece by the candidate:
    • I. STRAVINSKY Three pieces for solo clarinet;
    • L. BERIO Sequenza IX;
    • O. MESSIAEN "Abime des oiseaux" from "Quatour pour la fin du temps";
  3. the first movement of a concert chosen by the candidate:
    • W. A. MOZART Concerto in La maggiore;
    • K. M. von WEBER Concerto n. 1 in Fa min. op. 73;
    • L. SPOHR Concerto n. 2 in Mib Magg. Op. 56.
 
The qualifying rounds will be anonymous and will take place in:
